4.0 WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION WE STORE
As soon as you contact us or register with us, we create a record in your name. To that record we add information that you give us whenever you contact us. We are likely to hold your name and contact details, details of enquiries you have made, and your training interests.
If you become a user of our services, this might include diagnostic quizzes you complete, or modules you add to your basket, then we add this further information you to your registered record and maintain this throughout your training history. We record chat communications between you and the Stratability Academy to make sure that we have carried out your instructions correctly and to help us improve our services.

Pseudonymisation is a recent requirement of the GDPR which many web application developers are currently working to fully implement. We are committed to keeping it as a high priority and will implement it on this website as soon as we are able to.
